OUR JEWELLERY 

All jewelry is described and photographed as accurately as possible. Small variations are part of the character of hand made or individually sourced items.

PRICES AND PAYMENT 

All prices are GBP (£)

Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Orders are accepted when dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

DELIVERY 

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.  Delivery times are estimated only.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned.

Earrings can only be returned if  faulty.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

JEWELLERY CARE

We are not responsible for damage caused by water, chemicals, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
